Ingredients

10 people
  1. 1 kgbasmati rice
  2. 1 kgcleaned prawn
  3. 5tomatoes
  4. 3large onions
  5. 4green chillies sliced
  6. HandfulPudina
  7. HandfulCoriander
  8. 2lemon juice
  9. 100 gmcashewnuts
  10. ForSpices
  11. 4 spoonsred chilli powder
  12. 2 spoonscoriander powder
  13. 1/2 spoonturmeric powder
  14. 1 spoongaram masala
  15. as requiredAll regular briyani spices little eg bay leaves, souf, long, ect
  16. 100 gmsghee or any edible oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Put your basmati rice in cooker add little salt and add 9 cups of water.Keep it aside.In another pan add oil or ghee.Chopped onions.Fry it golden. Ginger garlic paste and all the spices including cashewnuts Fry all together now add chopped tomatoes.Fry it now add prawn cook it in gravy.

    Put the gravy on basmati rice.Which is in electric cooker.Close it.Let it cook. If you put in pressure cooker stop it in two whistles. Your hot yera Briyani ready in 40 mins.
