Ingredients

2 servings
  • 100 gcheese grated
  • 1/4 cupmaida
  • 1small onion chopped
  • 1small capsicum chopped
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 5-6garlic cloves chopped
  • 1small carrot grated
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil needed for deep frying

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix all the ingredients except oil.

    Bind them nicely to make a smooth mixture. Take a small portion and using two spoons make the shape. If you want you can directly use your hands to make the fritters in oval or round or whatever shape you like.

    Deep fry them in oil and take out on a kitchen paper towel to remove the excess oil

    Serve with chilli sauce.
