  • as required Oil fr frying

  • 1 bowlrice boiled
  • forMarimate-
  • 2onion
  • 5-6 garlic pieces
  • 1 smallginger
  • 1 tbspdhaniya
  • 1 tbsphaldi
  • 2 tbspGaram masala
  • 1 spoonred chilli powder
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 4 tbspbasen
  • 2 tbspcorn flour
  • 1/2 tbspred colour
  • as requiredSalt to taste
  • 1 tbspkitchen king power

Steps

  1. 1

    For marinate-water apne according 1 or 2 spoon
    Sab masale ko mix karein aur fir boil katahal ko milaker marimate kar le....refrigerator mein 1 hour ke liye marimate hone ke liye rakh de...ab use fry kar ke pakori bana le.

    Method-
    Rice boil
    Garam masale khare hue(4laung,1spoon jira,6 kali mirch,2 Elaichi,taj patta,javitri,dalchini
    Oil 2 spoon
    Rice ko boil kar le
    Pan mi oil le usme sabhi khare garam masala gale fir rice dal kar chalaye salt,red chilli powder,garam masala bhi dale aur thori kesar use karein rice mi colour lane ke liye..
    Fir usme katahal ki pakori dale aur mix karein...fry onion dale and biryani taiyar fir serve karein...
