Ingredients

  1. 250 gramJamun/java plum
  2. 6-7 TbspSugar or as per taste
  3. 21/2 cupwater
  4. 1 tsproasted cumin powder
  5. 2 tsplemon juice
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. 1/2 tspchat masala

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the jamun well. Take all the ingredients.

    Add water in the sauce pan along with the jamun and sugar.

  3. 3

    Keep them to boil over medium heat until all the jamun turn very soft and mushy.

  4. 4

    Cool them and mash the fruit properly. and sieve over a large mixing bowl.

  5. 5

    Add the cumin powder, salt, and lemon juice and mix well.

  6. 6

    Add ice cubes pour in serving glass and serve chilled.
