Ingredients

2 servings
  1. Around 12 ready canapes
  2. 1medium sized potato
  3. 1medium sized onion
  4. 1medium sized tomato
  5. 1medium sized cucumber
  6. 1medium sized capsicum
  7. 1-2 tbsptomato sauce
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1-2 tspchaat masala (as per requirement)
  10. 2 tbspnylon sev
  11. as neededFreshly chopped coriander leaves
  12. 2 tbspPomegranate seeds for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Deep fry the potato cubes, chop the onions, tomatoes, capsicum and cucumber.

    Mix all the chopped vegetables and potatoes together with tomato sauce, fresh coriander leaves, salt and chaat masala.

    Arrange the ready canapes in a serving tray.

    Fill in the mixture.

  5. 5

    Top it with the nylon sev. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and freshly chopped coriander leaves.
