1 lbrefrigerated pizza dough
Oil for frying

Cut pizza dough in 1" pieces. Roll into balls.

Deep fry slowly in canola or vegetable oil, 5 minutes, turning often. Do not over-crowd.

Transfer to paper towel lined platter to drain.

Sprinkle generously with powdered sugar. Enjoy.
