Ingredients

  1. -500 gm Chini
  2. 200 gmmawa
  3. 50 gm maida
  4. 1/2 cupmilk
  5. 6-7 hari elaichi ka powder,
  6. as neededpani chashni ke liye,
  7. as neededoil fry karne ke liye

Cooking Instructions

    Mawa or maida ko milk ki help se soft dough bana le or small gole bana le

  2. 2

    Kadai me oil dal kar gulab jamun ko fry karein or bahar nikale

  3. 3

    Chashni ke liye -kadai me pani dalkar gas par garamkare or usme chini dalkar 15-20minutes ke liye pakaye, elaichi ka powder dale

    Jab chashni ready ho jaaya tab usme gulab jamun dal de

  5. 5

    Aur fir 30/40minutes ke baad serve karein
