Ingredients

  • 4 cupsflour, 1 cup sugar
  • 1egg, 1tbsp baking powder, 1 lemon, 1 tsp flavor
  • 1/3simas butter
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak sugar with 1 cup warm water for like 15 minutes, add the butter to flour mix together

  2. 2

    Add baking powder, sugar, egg, lemon, flavor, add water if needed. Make a soft dough and leave to rest for 10-15min.

  3. 3

    Roll and cut with scissors and fry @ medium heat.
