10Cardamon pods
Cinnamon as required
Clove6-8
Ginger as required
2-4Star anise
Pepper corn
2/3 cupswater
Lipton
Milk (optional)
Sugar/ honey as required
Galanga(optional)
Mint leaf(optional)

Steps

Lightly crush cardamon, cloves, star anise and peppercorns, ginger, cinnamon, galanga and place it a pot with the amount of water needed.

Bring to a boil. Turn off heat and let sit for some minute, sieve and pour in a cup with the lipton, and milk(optional). Add sugar/ honey if required
