Steps

Take a wok and heat pure ghee now add ratanjot, cumin seeds, green chillies, onions and salt and saute.

When it starts leaving ghee add kashmiri lal mirch powder,tomato and roast well.

Once cooled, grind it well in a mixer and make a fine paste.

Now transfer the paste in a wok and add cheese cubes and mix well.

Serve hot with chappatis
