  • Mango essence 1 drop (optional)

  1. 1

    One cup Mango ko blinder ma beat kar kay puree bana lay.

    One cup cream jo phalay se chilled thandi hu (or jis bowl ma dalay woh bhi thanda hu) us ko beater se khob beat kary.

    Jab cream soft hu jaya tu sugar add kar daay or khob beat kary hata kay bilkul soft or smoothy bitter bana jaya.

    Mango puree ko bhi chilled thanda kar lay then cream ma add kar daay or khob zada beat kary. Chaya tu mango essence bhi add kar daay (optional hia)

    Air thigh container ma daal kar cover kar kay 8 hour kay liye freezer ma rakh daay.

  6. 6

    8 hour kay baad enjoy kary mazay dar ice cream 😋
