In a sauce pan, heat voil, sauté onion, and add the shredded cooked chicken fry for five minutes. Add the left over stew, seasoning cubes, add enough onions cut into round shape and salt to taste. Fry for five minutes and turn off heat. Enjoy with rice, spaghetti, yam etc.
