Peel and mashed potatoes.

Add 2 chopped green chilli and coriander leaves in it.

Put a pan on heat.

Add mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Add 2 tbsp oil.

Add chopped onions.

Add mashed potatoes.

Add all spices.

Mix well and turn off the flame.

Now make batter of gramflour and deep fry on medium heat in oil.

Now make small balls of potato mixture.

Add baking soda.

Dip in gramflour batter and deep fry on medium heat.

Make slit between the each pav and spread chutney on it.

Serve with chutney and fried green chilli.
