Cooking Instructions

In a heavy based pan add 5 cups water, chicken g.g paste, whole Black pepper, Cinnamon, Black cardamon, cummin seeds, Small cardamon, long, Coriander whole,sonff, onion and green chillies and cook till chicken done 40 %.

Then take out chicken from yakhni. And cook yakhni for 15 mins.

Now turn off heat and strain yakhni in a bowl and separate onion pieces and chillies

Now blend yogurt, onion and chillies in blender.

Now heat oil add yogurt mix,salt, black pepper and chicken stir well. Cook for 10mins.

Now add rice and yakhni and cook until done 👍

Serve hot 😊
