Ingredients

  • Zobo 3handfull(habiscus)
  • Sugar
  • 3Cucumbers
  • Chitta(ginger)
  • Kanamfari(cloves)

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse ur zobo n pour in a pot pound ur ginger and add add ur cloves and bring to boil

  2. 2

    Sift ur zobo and add ur sugar to the hot zobo so it will melt faster.

  3. 3

    Blend ur cucumbers till smooth,allow ur zobo to cool completely before adding ur cucumbers. Leave for few minutes before u sift again.

  4. 4

    Refrigerate n serve chill with any snacks or meal of ur choice.
