Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2Corn Tortilla (Store bought)
  • 1 cupCauliflower florets (cut into very tiny florets again)
  • 1Tomato deseeded
  • 1/2 cupCilantro finely chopped
  • 1Cucumber nicely diced
  • 1/2 dicedwhite onion
  • to tasteTabasco Sauce
  • to tastesalt
  • to tasteblack pepper
  • 1 tbsplime juice

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the tortillas. Keep aside.

  2. 2

    Finely cut and dice all the vegetables.

  3. 3

    Plate the tortillas in a dish and start topping vegetables one by one.

  4. 4

    Season with salt and pepper and lime juice.

  5. 5

    Top with Tabasco sauce or cheese and sour cream.
