Wash and soaked dal 4-5 hours,remove water.aDl should be dry.

Blend it into a coarse paste.

Take a pan add ghee heat it and add paste fry for 15-20 minutes in low flame.

Add milk and mix well add saffron,sugar then mix it well

After 5 minutes add cardamom powder,cashew and raisins.

After that halwa is ready cool for 15 minutes and decorate with choco chips, cashews,almonds and silver balls and coconut powder and waffer sticks.
