Take brown onion and tomato and blend it to make a paste keep aside.

Chop farazbi and carrot into small pieces.put turmeric + red chilli powder + cumin powder + garam masala and dahi into veggies mix it well marinate for 10 mins.

Heat 2 tsp oil and add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste saute and add tomato paste and cook for 3 mins and remove in a bowl.

Again heat 2 tbsp oil and add marinated veggies saute for 2 to 3 mins.

Add salt and bhuna hua masala and mix it well.

Add 1 cup water cover and cook till it gets dry.

Add coriander chopped and Malai mix it and your veggie makhni is ready.
