Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupcastor sugar
  • 1/2 cupbutter
  • 1 1/2 cupcoconut
  • 1 tbspwater
  • 2 tbspgolden syrup
  • 1 tbspcocoa
  • 1 tbspmilo
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspbicarbonate of soda
  • 2 cupsflour

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat butter and castor sugar till creamy.

  2. 2

    Add rest of the ingredients - coconut, water, golden syrup, cocoa, milo, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and flour - one at a time and beat.

  3. 3

    Add enough flour to make a soft dough.
    Nozzle it or you can use any shape cutter.
    Bake at 180 for 10-15 mins until it gets little brown.
    Decorate it with white chocolate or anything you desire.
