Ingredients

  • 200 gsavat urad
  • 100 grajma/kidney beans
  • 1big cardamom
  • 2clove
  • 1 teaspoongaram masala
  • 1/2 glassmilk
  • 3 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 2finely chopped onions
  • 2finely chopped tomato
  • 4green chilli
  • 4garlic
  • 2 teaspoonbutter
  • 1 inchginger
  • 3/2 teaspoonkitchen king
  • as neededRefind for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Saok rajama and urad for full night

  2. 2

    Boil this with clove, cardamom, turmic powder, 2 teaspoon salt

  3. 3

    Grind this ingredients onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, green chilli

  4. 4

    Heat the refined oil

  5. 5

    Fry the grinding ingredients in refind in 10-15 min in medium flame

  6. 6

    Add salt, rad chilli powder, kitchen king fry for 5 minutes

  7. 7

    Add boiled ingredients

  8. 8

    Mix milk and butter in this

  9. 9

    Your dish is ready
