Ingredients

  • 1 cupleftover rice
  • 1finely chopped onion
  • 2green chilli
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil, add cumin seeds and onions. Cook till it gets translucent.

  2. 2

    Add green chillies and masalas. Add rice, mix well and cover cook for 5mins.

    Serve hot.
