Mix gram flour and refined flour with water to make a thick consistency batter.

Keep rest it overnight for fermentation.

Next day,batter is ready mix baking soda and beat it with whisker for few minutes.

Now pour the batter in ketchup bottle and take a flat base pan and heat the oil.

Now make jalebis in it.on the other side,take a wok add sugar and water. make 1 thread sugar syrup.

Now make jalebis and put it into hot sugar syrup and take out jalebis from sugar syrup after 2min.

Garnish jalebis with kesar strands and pistachios.Serve jalebi with rabri or curd.It's so tempting and delicious😋😋
