Steps

Peel the butternut, wash & cut into small pieces.Then boil water and add in salt then your butternut.

Drain water from boiled butternut, wash your dhania and cut to small pieces then mash together till smooth.

Now add into sieved flour then mix with hot water and knead to a smooth dough.

Now form the dough to small ball like shape.

Flatten as shown in preparation to roll then roll out to a pleasant circle. Apply tsp oil & fold towards you as shown.

Fold into the tyre shape then roll out to a romantic perfect circle.heat your pan.

Place the rolled dough on pan, heat one side then flip over the other side. Add oil till one side cooks to golden brown and then change the other side.

Serve as you wish.
