First remove the hard part of prawns and remove the main vain,

Wash adding water and strained it and keep into the bowl, grind coconut adding milk powder and make a fine paste the aim is to avoid sugar as much as possible so I included milk powder,put soaked mustard powder adding turmeric powder and red chilli powder to the prawns,

Next add salt, coconut paste, slit green chillies,crumbled khoya,garam masala powder,curd,mustard oil to the bowl, mix well and keep rest for fifteen minutes.

Now let's go to start the steaming procedure :- put a stand in the heated wok,put three cups of water into the wok and cover it and give heat til the water of the wok fully boiled,

Next remove the cover put the bowl contains prawn mix,cover with the lid and next cover the wok fully.

Give steam for fifteen minutes and stop the heat and keep rest until it becomes cool then remove the lid,

Delicious restaurant style steam chingri bhapa is ready for serving
