Mix the dry ingredients.

In a separate bowl,mix milk,melted butter,cooking oil,and vanilla extract.

Pour the mixture in the flour and mix using a hand mixture,whisk,fork it wooden spoon.

Heat your pan,then brush with some oil so that the pan is not dry.

Use a serving spoon to measure the quantity you need. Gently spread into a small circle.

Use low or medium heat.

When the edges look dry, bubbles start to appear and pop on the surface of the pancake, carefully turn it.

Once flipped cook for another two minutes until lightly browned.

Repeat the process for the other pancakes.
