  • 6Red chillies
  • 3Green chillies
  • 1 tspKadala paruppu
  • 1 tspMustard
  • 1 tspUlundhu
  • 1 tbspCurry leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil, mustard, kadala parupuu and ulundhu and let it become brown

  2. 2

    Add curry leaves

  3. 3

    Add coconut and fry until it becomes dry

  4. 4

    Add salt as required and add rice to the mixture

  5. 5

    Your dish is ready
