Heat oil in kadhai put mustard seeds cumin seeds curry leaves chopped tomatoes, green chillies mix well put salt red chilli turmeric powder coriander powder & mix well add chapati pieces and 1 glass water mix well cover the lid and let it rest for 5 minutes on slow flame, after 5 minutes add coriander leaves & mix well. Serve hot in roasted papad
