Saucy Steak Curry with Chips

Heat oil in a pot.

Add pre-marinated cubes steak into pot and allow to cook until soft. Do not overcook as it will get dry.

Once steak is cooked, add half a cup of tomato sauce, 3 heaped dessert spoons of mayonnaise and chilli sauce to taste.

Allow to cook on low until the sauce begins to boil and then switch off the stove.

Fry chips until crispy and immediately put on top of saucy steak.

Season the chips with salt, chilli powder and a variety of sauce of your choice. I use mustard sauce, chilli sauce and tomato sauce.

Serve hot.

When dishing out, make sure you take the saucy steak as well as the chips.
