  • 4 Cupsflour
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 2 tablespoonyeast
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 2 cupswater

  1. 1

    In a bowl,Mix all the dry ingredients together.Add water and mix gently until it becomes thick.

  2. 2

    Cover it and let it rise for 30minutes.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan,deflate the batter,then drop your puffs batter in oil to fry until brown/golden brown.Serve with warm tea or cold drinks.
