Ingredients

10 servings
  • 2 cupswheat flour
  • 2 tbspghee as moyan
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1/4 cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Take all the ingredients in a big bowl.

    Knead a soft dough using milk.

    Keep it aside for some while.. If making instant you can add 1/2 tsp baking powder,Missi aata, maida can also be added.

    Roll dough into a chapati.Apply oil on it

    Roll as shown in pictures

    Roll it again with light hands into a paratha and Cook crisp paratha on skillet and serve hot
