Steps

Boil the milk in a pan on medium flame.

Remove from flame and add vinegar, allow it to curdle.

Put it in a muslim cloth and hang it out.

Transfer the chenna to a mixer, grind this until smooth.

Add sugar and mix well.

Transfer to a non-stick pan on low flame, keep stirring.

When the paneer mixture has a cream consistency, remove from flame.

Now add the pistachios powder, cardamom powder and green food colour, mix well.

Now shape them into small balls.

Garnish each of the sandesh with a whole pistachio and silver foil.

Serve chilled.
