Sabudana Apple pudding
Steps

Boil the milk and add sugar, soaked sabudana and cardamom powder, cook it in slow flame, when it becomes thick, off the gass and keep aside and cool it in the fridge

Caramelize the sugar and add butter, coffee and apple pieces, off the gass and keep aside
- 3
Take a serving bowl and add cool sabudana then caramelize apple then sabudana layer
- 4
Garnish with apple slices and caramelize apple, serve chilled
