50 gmMoong
As per tasteSalt
1 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tsptermuric
2 tspoil
1/2asfoetida(hing)
1/2 glasswater

Steps

Soak moong in water for 7 to 8 hrs.

Now take cooker and add oil and asfoetida powder,now add moong and add salt,red chilli powder,and termuric. And add 1/2 of glass of water.

Now take 3 wishtle. And moong are ready.
