Sweat your onions,carrots and bell pepper,(cut in maecedoine in a thick bottomed pot

Add your washed rice to the vegetables mix until the ingredients are mixed (couldn't find a way of constructing this😂😂)

Add your water to the rice and bring to a boil,reduce the heat and let simmer till all the water evaporates,check if the rice puffs with a fork. Rice varies with the brand or type

For the eggs,beat your eggs with salt or any spice of choice

In a pan heat oil and pour the beaten eggs in the pan let it cook on both sides under low heat.

Take the egg off the heat and put your veggies in the pan,onions tomatoes,parsley and pepper sautee till it forms a paste

Cut up the eggs into squares and add to the mixture spice with paprika and chillies cook under low heat and serve hot with a side of plum sauce
