Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbroccoli blanched/boiled
  2. 1Capsicum chopped
  3. 1/2 cupBrown rice
  4. 1Onion chopped
  5. 1tomato chopped
  6. 1/4 cupSweet corns
  7. 1 tbspLemon juice
  8. as per tasteSalt
  9. as requiredBlack pepper
  10. 1 tbspBrown vinegar
  11. 1 tbspSweet chilli sauce
  12. as requiredOil for cooking

Cooking Instructions

    In pan heat the oil.

  2. 2

    Add chopped onion, capsicum, broccoli and saute.

  3. 3

    Now add brown rice and sweet corns.

  4. 4

    Add spices acc to taste like salt, pepper, lemon juice, vinegar, sweet chilli sauce.

  5. 5

    Now add tomato and cook on high flame for 2-3 mins.

  6. 6

    Serve hot.

Delicious and super healthy. I added a bit of fresh green chilli before I put the rice and corn in which just gave it a bit of an edge. Also seasoning were chilli flakes, cumin, salt and pepper and lemon juice. Highly recommended : )
