Ingredients

  • 1 cupthin semolina
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • as neededLukewarm water
  • Oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Put semolina,salt,oil and Lukewarm water in a bowl knead the dough.

  2. 2

    Dough rest for 20 minutes.

  3. 3

    Roll the golgappe,heat oil in a wok add golgappe and deep fry till crispy.

  4. 4

    Serve with potato and imli water
