Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMatar/peas coarsely grinded
  2. 1Broccoli grated
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 tspRed chilli
  5. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  6. 1/2 tspMaggie masala
  7. 1Onion finely chopped
  8. 2-3clovesGarlic chopped
  9. as neededGhee for cooking
  10. 2Kismis Chopped
  11. 1bowlDough made from multigrain aata

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan take 2 tbsp ghee

  2. 2

    Add finely chopped onion and garlic And saute

  3. 3

    Now add Broccoli and peas

  4. 4

    Season with spices like salt,chilli, garam masala, maggie masala and kismis

  5. 5

    Cool down mixtyre at room temp.

  6. 6

    Stuff thus mixture in dough and mske parathas of this

  7. 7

    Serve hot
