Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsBhindi
  2. 8-10 clovesGarlic chopped
  3. 1 small Onionfinely chopped
  4. 4 to 5Green chilli chopped
  5. 1/2 tspMusturad seeds
  6. 1 tbspnOil
  7. 1/3 tspnTurmeric powder
  8. to tasteSalt according

Steps

  1. 1

    Shallow fry bhindi for 2 mintd and keep aside

  2. 2

    In a pan heat oil, add musturad seed. Onion,green chilli, garlic. Saute till 3 mints add turmeric powder, salt and shallow fried bhindi and mix well cook for 5 mints and turn of the flame.
