Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1/2 cuprava
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 1/4 tspbaking soda
  • 1green chilli chopped finely
  • 2 table spooncaroot shredded
  • 1/2 tea spoonmustard seeds
  • 7-8curry leaves
  • 1/2 tea spoonoil
  • 6florets of broccoli
  • 1/4 tea spoonturmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt and red chilli according

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk curd, add suji and baking soda,keep aside.

  2. 2

    In a nonstick pan heat oil, splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves.

  3. 3

    Add shredded carrot and saute for 1 minute.

  4. 4

    Add turmeric powder,red chilli and salt.mix well and switch off the gas.

  5. 5

    5-blanch broccoli florets in salt water.

  6. 6

    Mix carrot tempering 8n curd rava mixture.if mixture is thick adjust it with some water.

  7. 7

    Preheat oven at 180 degree c.

  8. 8

    Pour little batter in paper moulds and set florets in middle and again pour batter over it.

  9. 9

    Bake it in preheat oven for 20 m8nutes or till cook.
