Spicy sausage samosa rolls
A very quick and tasy snack to have any time

Cut your sausages into 3equal pcs each then season with garam masala, black pepper,chilli powder and seasoning and set aside.

Make your dough, in a bowl add in the flour, salt and mix well then add in the oil and mix well until crumbled.Gradually add in water and knead until dough is formed, cover and let it rest for 15 mins.

Knead dough again and divide into two equal parts.take a piece of dough sprinkle with flour and roll out thinly using a rolling pin.cut into a rectangle then cut into long strips measuring the length with a piece of sausage.Take one strip, place a piece of sausage and roll it then secure with a tooth pick. Repeat with rest of dough till finished.

Heat oil and fry the sausage samosas till golden brown on low flame.you can also use bonless chicken cubes instead of sausage but saute the chicken first and allow to cool completely if you don't want to fry them raw in the dough.serve with dip of choice if desired.
