Cooking Instructions

Take a bowl add maida, ajwain, salt, chaat masala and oil mix it well. After mixing just see it binds properly. After that take chilled water and make dough not very soft not very tight. After making dough keep it in fridge for 10-15 minutes

Now make stuffing.Take one bowl add potatoes, onion chopped, chaat masala,green chilli chopped, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt and black salt and some rice flour and mix it properly.

Take some oil or ghee on hand take potatoes dough on hand make long and round shape like cylinder. Place on plates and keep in fridge for 10-15 minutes

Now take ur maida dough from fridge and make very thin chapati and cut in long strips according your potato stuffing length.

Now take out your potatoes stuffing from fridge. Take some maida flour add little bit water and make stick paste.

Take maida paste and spread on maida strips and roll round to potatoes stuffing and stick it properly.

Take kadhai add some oil for fry. And fry it on low or medium flame. Enjoy with sauce or chutney.
