Steps

Heat 2 tsp oil and jeera in a pan, add onion saute it now add potato cooked well.add all masale as needed.mix well. Keep a side.

Now take a wok, add 2 tsp oil roast besan, add 2 tsp water then lassi and mix well. Make it lumps free.

Add masale, Boil it fir 10 minute in medium flame then add onion and potato mixture.

Cooked two minute.

Switch off gas.

Kadhi is ready to serve.
