Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 1 cupplane oats
  2. 1 cupwheat flour
  3. 1 cupgram flour
  4. 1 tspbaking soda (small)
  5. 1 tspbaking powder (big)
  6. 100 gmbutter
  7. 100 gmsugar/brown sugar
  8. 1/2 cupchoco chips
  9. 1/2 cupraisins
  10. 1/2 cuphoney
  11. 1 pinchsalt
  12. 1small tsp cinnamon powder

Cooking Instructions

    Beat thre butter and sugar till fluffy

  2. 2

    Add salt,take ingredients ready,now add honey.

  3. 3

    Mix well then add cinnamon, baking soda.

  4. 4

    Now add baking powder,vanilla essence,mix it nycly then add raisins

  5. 5

    Add oats,mix well,pre-heat the oven for 10 minutes in 200 °c,

    Add gram flour bind it,it turn sticky, now add wheat flour,

    Now bind it like a dough,then add choco chips,leave it for 5 minutes in fridge (not necessary)

    Take ready your baking tray with butter paper, take smallballs in ur breading hand,roll it,lightly flatten it.

    Put in the tray.

    Now bake it in 200°C for 12 to 15 minutes, check with toothpick,.

    Take out the tray from oven, healthy cookies are ready.let it be cool,you find the crispy cookies.

    Put in the air tight container and give your family' healthy snacks at tea time.
