Take a wheat flour in parat add spinach paste.oil salt carrom seeds lemon juice and knead a tight dough.leave for 5-10 min. Add beetroot paste in 1/2cup wheat flour and knead dough.

Stuffing:-Grate paneer add chopped capsicum spring onion green chilli boiled green peas mint leaves garam masala sesseme seeds chaat masala pepper crushed. Mix well.

Now roll a big roti and cut in round shape. Fill stuffing in middle apply water on edges and fold all 4sides like parcel.

Roll another roti from beetroot dough cut strips and attach on spinach parcel. Like this way make all parcel.

Now heat oil in a flat pan to shellow fry parcel. Fry all parcel on mid. Slow flame. And serve hot.

Delicious Surprise parcel is ready to serve.Garnish with cheese spread and ketchup.
