Oven Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

Measure your potatoes

Wash thoroughly first in a basin of water, then under running water

Slightly chop both ends of the potatoes then divide each of them into half.

Put in a bowl and ad in the oil, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. arrange in the oven tray and sprinkle some rosemary leaves.

Bake under 180 degrees Celsius until golden.

Remove from heat and serve.
