Sift flour add salt and mix then add oil and mix well, you can now add the bonnets and onions and you might as well leave them out.

Next add water a little at a time until a soft rollable dough is formed.

Dust a working surface with flour and roll out the dough cut out circles and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve and enjoy.
