Ingredients

  1. 200 gmsall purpose flour
  2. 140 gmspowdered sugar
  3. 1 &1/2 tsp baking powder
  4. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  5. 50 gmsbutter
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 2eggs
  8. 1 tspvanilla essence
  9. 1 cupchopped almonds and cashews

Cooking Instructions

    First shift flour And baking powder in a bowl and keep aside.

    In another bowl beat butter, sugar and salt till creamy.

  3. 3

    Whisk the eggs and add it to the butter mixture in two batches and mix till well combined. Then add vanilla essence and mix well.

    Now add the dry ingredients and mix till well combined. Then add chopped almonds and cashews and fold it. You can use raisins.

    Now grease the muffin tin with butter and fill each tin with batter 3/4 full.

    Now bake the muffin on 180 for about 15-20 minutes or till it’s done. ( test it by inserting an toothpick or knife when it comes out clean it means muffins are done.

    Let muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes. Then remove it on the wire racks and cool down completely.

    Serve it in the evening with a cup of tea or coffee.
