Take a bowl add the all spice ingredients and mix it and now add paneer pieces and again coat paneer pieces very well with light hand now keep the marination for about half an hour in the fridge.

After Half an hour take another mixing bowl and add the flour,corn flour,salt,oregano,black pepper and mix,with little water,mix well to avoid lumps dip marinated paneer in the mixture then coat with bread curmbs now rest for 10 mints in freezer and now heat the oil or fry the paneer pop corns then drain in tissue paper and serve hot with chutney.
