Ingredients

  1. 1 cupBoiled chole
  2. Salt as per taste
  3. 4 tbspBesan
  4. 2 tbspRice flour
  5. 1Onion finely chopped
  6. 1Green chillies finely chopped
  7. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  8. 1 pinchHing
  9. 1 tspJeera
  10. Oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except oil and chole. Make a batter not too runny. Add boiled chole.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a kadhai. Add in small portions of the batter in oil. Fry on both sides till crisp.
