Preheat the oven, for jiko oven preheat 10min prior baking

Grease the baking tin and freeze it for 3minutes this helps in getting a flat top

Melt the butter and let it cool set aside

In a large bowl, Sift flour+baking powder +baking soda +cinnamon together

In another bowl mix eggs+mashed bananas +melted butter(cooled)+pineapple essence

In a spatula fold in the wet into dry ingredients and pour batter into the baking tin,slice a whole banana vertically and place it on top of the batter,sprinkle some njugu on top

Bake in the oven 50-55 min. Once baked cool in a cooling rack for 10 min before removing from tin,enjoy the bread with your family, yummy😍
